SweetWater Marketing is proud to be a named a contender for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce 2016 Small Business Award, in the Emerging Business of the Year category.
The Small Business Awards dinner is a Chamber of Commerce event that celebrates and recognizes the Huntsville area’s business community. Awards are given to companies, non-profit groups and executives. In addition to the Small Business Award nomination, SweetWater Marketing, a global, full-service marketing firm, was also named a contender for the Huntsville Chambers Women’s Business Council’s Women-Owned Business of the Year.
“It is an honor for us at SweetWater Marketing to be recognized as a top emerging business in the Huntsville community,” said Brenda Pearce, SweetWater’s founder and president. “We are striving to promote local businesses and help north Alabama thrive. We are also reaching out to global organizations, to bring international attention and resources to the Huntsville business community.”
The Emerging Business of the Year category recognizes companies launched in 2015 that are showing growth and promise. SweetWater Marketing’s team comprises more than 75 years of experience in a range of marketing services, including media campaigns, brand identity, digital media, event planning and product launch. Pearce is a veteran of the Huntsville business community, with more than 25 years of experience in marketing management.
SweetWater Marketing’s Clients include both start-ups and established companies, in the Huntsville area and abroad. In addition to serving organizations in the local community and globally, SweetWater works to create a positive work-life balance for its team members.

The 2016 Small Business Awards Celebration will be held Aug. 30 at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
